“Being an informed consumer is very important—particularly when it comes to insurance. Yet, so many people find that insurance buying is complex and confusing. My primary objective then, is to simplify the process so that they truly understand their coverage options. Then, they feel comfortable about their insurance decisions. For our staff, it’s not simply knowing the details of an insurance policy, it’s also knowing which questions to ask a client, so that they get the right coverage, and know what to expect when they make a claim.” |
