Professional Liability
This insurance protects engineers, architects, doctors, lawyers, business consultants and other professionals from liability arising out of their errors and omissions in providing professional services.
It is important to note that the majority of Professional Liability policies are written on a “claims-made basis” and that in order to have coverage for a claim there must be an insurance policy in force. Once a claims-made policy is allowed to expire or is cancelled all coverage ceases.
