Eligibility Criteria For Strata Guard Policies

Properties that qualify for the Strata Guard policy for rented condominiums are subject to the following eligibility criteria:

You must be a member of the “Real Estate Investment Network”
Units must be well maintained and in good condition
Claims history must be satisfactory to the underwriter
Units must be within 8 kilometers (5 miles) of a responding fire hall
Units with primary wood heat are not eligible for this package
Units located on farm property are not eligible for this package
Units with manufacturing or commercial activities are not eligible for this package
Units with boarding, rooming or lodging occupancies are not eligible for this package
